I contacted Berne Appliance Repair on a holiday (MLK Day) as my dishwasher stopped working. A few hours later Viktor (technician) arrived to work on the machine. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. The machine required a part that had to be ordered. After getting the part, Viktor returned the next day and successfully fixed the machine.
